As lead guide, Garon brings his passion for climbing to every course and expedition. His easy going style sets clients at ease. Garon has a deep love for the rugged beauty of high mountain peaks. He specializes in high-altitude ascents and has made some impressive technical ascents, including the North Ridge and North Face of the Grand Teton, and ascents throughout North America. Garon is medically certified as a Wilderness First Responder and is certified as a NOLS Hiking and Mountaineering Instructor and Climbing Instructor. He has been guiding for 9 years.
Mysha is the logistics coordinator and base camp team lead for multi-day climbs and expeditions. She also teaches climbing courses and guides our youth courses. Although she is a skilled alpine climber, she prefers guiding at the crags. People gravitate to her always cheerful demeanor and clients have commented time and again on her high level of organization at base camp! Mysha is First Aid and CPR certified. She has been guiding for 7 years.
Eric is a genuinely delightful person with a calm and easy manner. He is a strong climber in both sport and alpine environments. With an impressive ability to lead-climb, Eric enjoys climbing in Southern Utah’s desert regions and working on an even tan when he’s not belaying or taking a photo opportunity! Eric is First Aid and CPR certified. He has been guiding for 7 years and specializes in sport climbing and teaching lead-climb safety and techniques.
Matt is a true adventurer with a passion for life evident in his penchant for extreme activities. Besides being an avid rock and ice climber, Matt is an accomplished professional photographer and skydiver. With hundreds of skydives and B.A.S.E. jumps to his credit, Matt enjoys climbing to high summits and making his descent in the fastest way possible, jumping! Matt is First Aid and CPR certified. Matt been a certified skydive instructor for 9 years and has been guiding for 7 years.
