Reservations may be made by filling out this form or by email at info@ultimateexpedition.com. In addition to making a reservation, you must also fill out an Acknowledgement and Assumptions of Risks form and a Medical Questionnaire. We need to receive one copy of each form per participant. Signed original copies need to be received prior to the climb.

Your trip: Help us make your expedition a special one. Any group of two or more achieves a group rate so you may choose your own schedule for most adventures. However, we reserve the right to add people to your trip if space permits, unless you have paid for a private rate. Call or e-mail with your questions. We strive to speak with all of our clients so we can best prepare to serve you. Cancellation and refund policies: Once we receive your deposit you will be confirmed on the class or trip you request on a first-come, first-served basis. Private rates guarantee that we will not place additional people on your trip. Your deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the first day of your trip. We reserve the right to cancel trips or classes if conditions require. We do not cancel trips which are under -booked but we reserve the right to modify or shorten a group-rate trip if you are the sole participant.
